About Me

Eva Ginns is a sophomore from Rockville, Maryland, studying Immersive Media Design at the University of Maryland. Her interests include combining the arts with technology, performance, music, and crafts. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Immersive Media Design, Eva plans to enter the video game industry as a game developer, with an emphasis on making games accessible to a wider audience.  

As an Arts Scholar, Eva hopes to not only further her understanding of art, but to find new ways that the arts can be used to create positive change. In her time in this program, she will explore materials with which she is not familiar, and find ways to combine them with technological aspects. She plans to use these new art forms in her culminating Capstone project at the end of her sophomore year, as well as in future endeavors in the tech industry.
